I am delighted to share my experience with Dr. Tanmoy Mukherjee, who recently performed a laparoscopic low anterior resection surgery for one of my family member having adenocarcinoma involving the sigmoid colon and rectum. This procedure was especially challenging due to multiple health complications, including COPD, an active paraganglioma, and advanced age of the patient. In spite of all these issues, Dr. Mukherjee took up the challenge.

The surgery itself was a resounding success, thanks to Dr. Mukherjee's expertise and the excellent coordination he maintained with all the departments at AMRI, Dhakuria.

I had an abcess which needed to be incised and drained and I walked into the emergency section in immense pain. Dr. Mukherjee was very calm and patient, and explained I had to get admitted undergo a procedure, it would require anaesthesia. The abcess was in a sensitive place and had grown very large. I was very happy with Dr. Mukherjee's care. He explained the whole situation to me, I was panicking before that. And the procedure went without a hitch. He was very patient through all the phone calls and subsequent checkups.

My mother was diagnosed with cute appendicitis. The diagnosis was done by Dr. Mukherjee timely and was operated on the very next day. My mother was apprehensive about the surgery but the doctor with his calmness convinced her that it needed to be done on urgent basis. My mother had Laproscopic surgery and was discharge a day later. Dr. Mukherjee called the next day to check on her. We visited him 10days later to cut the stitches and he explained us all the post operative care that needs to be taken. Would definitely recommend him to others.

My wife was diagnosed with carcinoma(rectum) and was referred to Dr. Tanmoy Mukherjee,surgeon.

On 14.3.22 we met Dr Mukherjee at his OPD chamber,AMRI hospital,Dhakuria.

All reports/investigations as were done,produced before him. On scrutiny of the same he explained in details about the operation, called APER. He further advised for another investigation. Subsequently, after all reports/investigations were scrutinised by Dr. Mukherjee,my wife was admitted to AMRI DHAKURIA on19.3.22.

On 22.3.22 LAPAROSCOPIC APER operation was done by Dr. Mukherjee and The OT lasted for 6 hrs.

After operation, my wife gradually recovered and finally discharged from hospital on 4.4.22. All these happened due to great treatment done by Dr. Mukherjee.

My father was diagnosed with multiple injury due to fall down from 10ft height when we rushed to AMRI dhakuria, Kolkata. From day 1 he was admitted under Dr. Tanmay Mukherjee for several injury and he detected that my father had spleen injury along with several fracture and blood clotting under abdomen area. After a day he suggested that my father need an operation and Under him only my father had splenectomy.
